Rebates and incentives
We check what your home qualifies for
Utility companies and the State of California run programs that can reduce the cost of qualifying equipment, such as high-efficiency furnaces, heat pumps and smart thermostats. These programs open, change and close throughout the year, and many depend on your utility, your address or your household income.
Rather than list programs that may have changed by the time you read this, we check what is available for your home when we prepare your quote, and help you with the paperwork.
Good to know. The federal tax credit for heat pumps and other high-efficiency equipment (Section 25C) ended for systems installed after December 31, 2025. If anyone quotes it for a new installation today, ask them to explain.
Lower bills are a saving too
